  • What resolution should my image be?
    While each size is different, there are still some general resolution sizes to adhere to when submitting your custom photo print to ensure you have a clear print without any bluriness or pixelation. What do we mean by resolution size? Resolution refers to the number of pixels in an image. Resolution is sometimes identified by the width and height of the image as well as the total number of pixels in the image. For example, an image that is 2048 pixels wide and 1536 pixels high (2048 x 1536) contains (multiply) 3,145,728 pixels (or 3.1 Megapixels).These are approximate measurements and may vary depending on the image: 8" x 10", 11" x 14", 11" x 17" - 800 x 800 pixels 12" x 12" - 1000 x 1000 pixels 12" x 18", 12" x 24", 16" x 20", 16" x 24" - 1728 x 1152 pixels 20" x 20" - 1728 x 1728 pixels 20" x 24", 24" x 36" - 3096 x 1512 pixels Minimum size for image upload: 1MB
  • Can you review my image before I order?
    Yes! We would be more than happy to review your images prior to ordering to ensure they will print beautifully without any blurriness. Feel free to shoot an email to haley@lemonpaperstudio.com and attach the images you would like to have printed, and let us know what size you would like. We will review your image in all aspects to ensure you will get a beautiful print that you will love!
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We can cancel orders within the first 24 hours after the order has been placed. If you need to cancel or make any changes, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the 24 hours has passed, the order is considered Final Sale and will not be eligible for changes or cancellation.
  • What is your return policy on custom items?
    We print to order for all Photo Prints, so, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement for custom items since it is unique to you. We also cannot provide free reprints or refunds where the original image was not of sufficient quality. We recommend taking your time to select the perfect print for your space - or feel free to ask us for advice if you would like a second opinion. We would love to help you! If there was an error in production that we determine to be our fault, we will replace the item at no charge to you. Please reach out to us, within 30 days from the date you placed your order by emailing us at haley@lemonpaperstudio.com or contact us through the website and we will be happy to help!
  • How long will it take to create my order?
    3-7 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday. Most of our products are made to order, and we’re so excited to get this shipped and on its way to you! Our current build time is 3-7 business days. As soon as your order has been processed for shipping, you will receive an email that will include your tracking number. This will be sent to the email address you used when placing your order. The tracking number will not show movement until it is scanned by the carrier.
